Excessive credit

Partly due to successful referrals but also due to perhaps too high a DD payment setup I now have a lot of credit. can I withdraw money to my bank account? or can I skip a few monthly DD as this is increasing each month? or is the only option to reduce DD significantly as I need the money to replace my boiler.

@mcouchard, you can indeed get extra credit refunded to your account.

The easiest way to do this is to give Bulb a ring (0300 30 30 635) and they’ll be able to sort it out for you.
