Excessive Gas fees

Hi, My gas price has gone up significantly in February/March where my usage had not changed from the previous months as certain hours were specified for radiators to be on during these months and the previous months. Would you please assist us on this? Anyone else has this problem?

@Yousef thanks for getting in touch with us today. it looks like we’re missing recent gas meter readings. This could mean that our bills have not been as accurate as they can be. If you’re able to call us today or email us with a recent reading we’ll definitely be able to investigate this for you.
