We have had lots of issues in our meter reading being validated, and would like to “upgrade” to the new smart meter provided by Bulb for new customers. On the Existing Customer portal however, we can’t find the way to do this. I assume the installation is free of charge, but can’t seem to find this either.
Don’t bother! Bulb smart meters don’t work you still have to end up sending readings
Or in my case can’t even do that as they won’t accept that I have a new meter and reject the reading
