Hi, i have an existing smart meter that was installed by my previous supplier. When i moved from my old supplier to Bulb a few years back i was told that Bulb wasn’t able to remotely connect to my smart meter, so i had to submit manual readings. Does anyone know how to contact Bulb to see if they can now connect to my smart meter?

These older smart meters would have dropped off the smart network when they were switched away from the supplier that originally installed them.
We’re currently working on getting these older meters connected and migrated to the new smart network, and we’ll let you know as soon as everything’s connected.
I’m afraid that with a project of this size, we currently don’t have a solid timeframe but we’re expecting this to be completely worked through in the next few months.
