Hi - As I have a smart meter what needs to be done to enable you to log in? Today I have submitted my first reading to you manually - but it would be great if you can take future readings remotely as my previous supplier has done.
@usersaver, sadly they cannot do this.
1st gen (SMETS1) smart meters cannot normally be switched between suppliers (for automatic readings).
Bulb will be rolling out new 2nd (SMETS2) meters from the middle of 2018 which will enable supplier interoperability.
