I live in a flat with 2 friends and have just taken over the energy bill from my other housemate and switched to bulb not realising there would be an exit fee from our old supplier. I can see bulb refund exit fees if i submit a pdf of our last bill, but wanted to check that this would still be valid as the property is the same (we haven’t moved out) but the name on the bill will be different. If the refund wont work in this case i will have to cancel the switch and redo it again in November.
Hi Laura, there shouldn’t be any problem with this, we know some people change the name on the bill when they switch suppliers
