Exit Fee

When I joined Bulb, I was assured my exit fees to my current provider would be covered, these have now been added to the final bill from my current provider, how should I see this amount refunded to me from Bulb?

@ClareLacey, if you just send Bulb an email (help@bulb.co.uk) with a copy of your final bill, they’ll credit the fees back to you.
