I submitted my electric exit fees and attached my bill. But I was unable to attach the gas bill and exit fees. I then emailed and was sent the form link again which is why I sent the email fof help in the first place. The form just says you’ve submitted the exit fees. So how do I get this sorted? I emailed my gas bill, but just got an email asking me to submit a questionnaire on how well you helped me. Well customer services didn’t help me at all. Any advice?
I have still not received a response on this. Either here or via email. Please can you help? Or even just reply
