Exit fees

I am trying to find the place on my account where I can let you know about the exit fees from my previous provider, I can’t find anywhere that’s obvious

We just need a copy of your final bill from the previous supplier with this charge itemised, and we will credit your account with the equivalent amount.

You can attach a scan, copy or photo of the bill to an email or this conversation and we will get right on it.
