How do I upload the final bill with exit fees to Bulb as they have agreed to pay my exit fees?

If you follow the steps in this help article - https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001227591-What-about-exit-fees-from-my-current-supplier- - it’ll instruct you to upload them to https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/exit-fees-refund and give you details of when you can expect the money to be credited to your Bulb account. Once the credit has been applied, you can either leave the money sitting there for future bills (and/or reduce your direct debit) or you can ask Bulb to refund the money to your bank account.

Just uploaded the final bill from my last supplier - Affect Energy - but they were not actually in the list of suppliers to choose from in the drop down, hoping that doesn’t matter too much (chose British Gas at random instead).

Only Bulb are able to say if your upload was OK. I guess Bulb need to add Affect Energy to their list plus any more suppliers which may not be there.
