Failed responses from Bulb

Hi Team,
I have tried on five separate occasions over several weeks to just get a response from someone on the teams. my gas is being read daily by the meter and the electricity isn’t - however when I log into my desktop account I can see the tariff as it splits the electric morning / peak and night. so why isn’t anyone getting in touch and why is the response to emails so poor. I have been as polite as possible - but there has to be a bit of give /take here = not all take surely. regards Mark
