Failure to refund overpayment on account closure

I experienced appalling customer service so switched to another supplier. I’m still waiting for Bulb to close my account and refund my overpayment :rage:

Only thing left for me to try to get some action from Bulb!

I’ve marked your other posts as spam. Not that I’ve any interest in removing bad reviews, we all know Bulb customer service is a bit rubbish, but it’s unnecessary to flood the forum. This is a customer discussion forum and Bulb hardly ever visit here and are unlikely to see your posts. Stick to this thread.
