bulb have sent me 5 or 6 different cards now and none of them have worked in the meter. after the 5 card they had an emergency call out to install a new shiny gas meter, this was on fri evening. none of the 5 cards worked on the new meter. i contacted them and told them this, they said those cards won’t work, we have sent a new one an ‘authorised’ one out to you. this new card arrived this morning and once again, it does not work, i just get card not accepted or error 4.
anyone having these issues? im thinking of trying another supplier now as its been weeks gone by and still in the same predicament. i was using british gas previously and still have the card.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue with your card and meter. The ‘Card not accepted’ error is a bit of an anomaly, so it requires a little bit more looking-into to get sorted. I’m going to send you an email about this this afternoon, so keep an eye out for this please
