My electric key is faulty and I can’t top up or activate emergency credit , bulb are not available at weekends , what can I do ?
Believe i saw James answer an email earlier try calling or speaking to chatbot(good luck with that)
Bit of a joke , James gave me the “emergency” email address but they haven’t responded yet , sitting watching the electric counting down
Sometimes takes them 2-3 hrs to respond
