Faulty gas meter replacement

I had a gas and electric smart meters fitted in August 19r. The gas meter never showed on the IHD and was not smart as I had to give meter readings. In February 20 the gas meter display stopped working and so I have no readings since that point. I have contacted Bulb on 3 occasions to get the meter replaced and in early lockdown you could understand them not replacing but it is now 6 months and still I have no date for a replacement meter and we are going into winter. I have to chase bulb every month for a bill the service is appalling

Have you tried pressing the buttons on the gas meter? The display turns off too conserve energy.
