Faulty meter readings going uncorrected

We switched to Bulb but are really starting to regret it.

Our gas meter reading is out by around 1000 units. We’ve contacted customer service by phone twice, twice have been assured the discrepancy would be fixed (but no reason for discrepancy given) and it is still out.

I don’t know who else to speak to about this because customer support aren’t doing anything.

Anyone else have this problem? And any ideas how I can get this fixed because I honestly don’t know who else to turn to.

We’re super unhappy with the service we’ve received so far and really want to switch away as a result

At this point I’d raise a formal complaint, following the process detailed in the Help pages.
