Hi there @Suemack as @scudo says we can book someone in to come out and replace or repair that meter, but we’ll probably need to get some details from you, and a photo of your meter. Is there any chance you could fire an email over to email@example.com or pop onto the live chat with a photo of your meter and the details of what’s wrong with it? Then we can get an engineer out for you.
