Faulty meter

My meter does not seem to be working (tried power test) what should I do? I am currently being charged £70 a month in estimates!

@Ian_S do you mean that you are not able to read the meter or that the meter is not working at all in terms of any electricity or gas going through it?

If the latter please give us a call on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) so we can get a replacement meter to you as soon as possible.
