Faulty smart gas meter?

I have what appears to be a smart gas meter.
In wet weather I am unable to obtain a reading; the screen is just greyed out.
Also it is not sending readings to Bulb.
Does the meter need to be replaced?

It could be the case that your gas meter needs replacing, we are not getting reads from it either however if we can connect to the meter we may not need to replace this.
