Hello, could you inform me if I change to a bulb, they would pay the fee for my existing energy supply?

If you mean any exit fees charged by your present supplier, then yes, Bulb will reimburse up to £120.
When you receive your final bill from your old supplier (up to 6 weeks after the switch), forward a copy, showing itemised fee(s) to help@bulb.co.uk.
