Fictitious estimated readings after meter upgrade, no smart readings?


My gas meter was replaced on 26 June, and I can see a “Customer reading” of zero on 26 June and an estimated reading of 10 on 10 July.

My electric meter was replaced on 14 May, however, there is no zero reading listed for the new meter on this date, and I am still receiving fictitious estimated readings based on the old meter’s final reading.

I am not sure whether any smart readings are getting through to Bulb - I’m guessing they’re not, since they’re not showing on my account and I’m still getting estimated readings.

How do I get this fixed?

Contact Bulb and tell them the problem, by one of their communication methods that isn’t this public forum for customers.
