Final Bill and Credit Refund

Hello after leaving bulb thankyou for my final bill and refunding credit promptly but i was under impression bulb would cancel the direct debit. Anyway in my bank account it said active so i cancelled it now everythings settled to avoid an automated payment being taken next month and once again thankyou.

No worries at all. We just leave the direct debit open to make sure any final repayment can be taken/payment made as needed.
