Final Bill Payment.

I have never been a Bulb customer. The house was rented and then sold. In the period when it was vacant i have a bill for utilities, i tried to pay this over the phone on the day the house was sold and was unable to do so. The water and council tax were happy to take my money on the same day!
I now have no way of paying this bill as i live overseas and the only option it gives you is Direct debit. Why can i not pay in full using my Bank card?

I would contact Bulb.
Even though the house is vacant there will still be the monthly standing charges so you could set up for that amount and then use your account to pay the one off charge.
