Final bill please!

Hello! Appreciate it takes time to generate but it’s been 4 weeks since my switch and I’ve yet to receive a final bill! I know it says six weeks on the website but I have a lot of credit on the account that obviously I can’t get at until the bill is generated.

Any chance of being able to speed up the process a little?

If Bulb have not yet received the meter reading which you supplied to your new supplier just before your switch then this will cause a delay in closing off your account.

I assume you realise that the meter reading which you gave to your new supplier has to be validated by an independent third party before being submitted to Bulb? This ensures that both the old and new suppliers use the same reading to respectively close your old account and open the new account.
