can take up to six weeks, depending when your new supplier sends over the final readings(via a third party for verication)
It is part of Ofgem’s Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSOP) that we send a final bill within 6 weeks of your switch.
The majority of the time, it is due to us not receiving your opening readings from your new supplier or that there was an error sending them across.
If you haven’t received your final bill yet within 6 weeks, could you get in touch with us via email / live chat or our social media?
From there we can investigate this for you.
