@Daniel19 there was a billing error blocking the creation of statements for you. I’ve solved it now and sent you a statement for the entire period you’ve been with us.

@mowcius is correct that you need to let us know you’re moving out (and the date you’re moving out, and ideally the reads on that date) for us to create a final statement for you.
