FINAL METER READING

Hi i recently changer suppliers to Bulb electricity and i sent them my meter reading, i see my final bill from SCOTTISH POWER has been billed using an estimate not the reading i sent bulb, could you please send scottish power my final reading so i can get this sorted?

Hi @hair2dye4 , I’ve taken a look at your account and I can see we’ve got your readings to start the account. I’ve also checked the data flows that we’ve received from your previous supplier and they show the same readings as well. Are you sure this was your final bill?
