Final meter readings

I emailed bulb last week to ask some questions about moving house and a cross over period. Within that discussion the person who helped me said they listed our exit date as the 12th of Feb. I have submitted a meter reading today as the exit meter readings but nothing on my account suggests that it was a final meter reading nor did I get an email reminding me to get a final reading. I wanted to check if my account for the old property will cease as of tomorrow.
