we have moved home and have sent final meter readings but what i am wondering is, upon issuing the final bill will bulb take the full amount im one go? i am expecting it to be quite high due to estimated usage over the past few months and may need to clear it off in installments. we don’t have a dd set up and just had card details set up with automatic payments
Hi @kirsty91 , once you get your final bill via email, we give you a 2 week notice period before we take the final payment. I would suggest you then call in and ask to set up a payment plan where we can take small payments over a number of months.
