final statement

I have not seen my final statement from my last supplier OVO
I have read that there is a compatibility problem with some of the smart meters.
Because bulb say they will refund exit fees from OVO this is quite important

Your switch happened quite a while ago on 26th August. You should receive a final bill within 6 weeks of your switch so this is late. We can confirm that a reading of 48m3 for gas and 682 kWh has been passed onto OVO to final bill.

I would advise giving them a quick call to understand where the statement is. As the account holder, you’ll be able to discuss your account in greater detail. If they say there is any information missing from Bulb to get this out, just let us know and we’ll get in touch.
