I just recently switched to bulb and I was trying to send my first meter readings. I managed to send the electricity one but couldn’t find the option for the gas reading! Any suggestion?
Hey @Ania - we only had a request to sign up your electricity meter. If you’d like us to switch your gas too, you’ll need to send us a picture of your gas meter showing your meter serial number. You can send it to email@example.com or give us a call on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm). Cheers
