First meter reading problems

We have recently had a smart meter fitted… now we are in the process of swapping suppliers to bulb. Need to submit readings. Gas done no
Problems. Electricity!! It’s asking for day and night readings. I can only view rate 1 on meter. No sign of a rate 2??? Website won’t let me just submit the rate 1! So
I’m kind of stuck

'Allo 'Allo @Allo (sorry I couldn’t resist) If you check out our help center on how to read your smart meter there’s some great info. Generally, there’s either a keypad and you need to press the 6 button or there’s an A and B button and you need to press the A button to find both of your readings.
