First meter reading


I’ve just gone to submit my first meter reading and it keeps coming up with a message explaining that ‘this meter reading is very different from what we expected? Please send us a photo of your meter reading.’

I’ve sent you an email with the pictures and tried multiple times and I keep getting emails saying that I have not submitted my reading and if I don’t submit it soon you will charge me a predicted usage?

Please can someone explain what I need to do next? I don’t want to get charged the wrong amount?

I would go to Live chat and explain.
It is probable that your readings have not yet been verified (by 3rd party) and until that is done estimates are generally used.
