I have had several mails off bulb wanting my first gas and electric trading but when the link is sent it always says there is no account when I click it. I have created an account but it still says they can’t find me. Also I have mailed bulb three times but had no answer. Please help
Only a Bulb Team member will be able assist with your query and hopefully one of them will in touch with you when they are back in the office tomorrow. Almost all members of this forum are customers so wont be able to give specific advice.
