First meter reading

I have been asked to submit my first meter reading after switching to Bulb, however, when I log onto my bulb account, there is nowhere for me to enter it. The email said to go to my bulb account (which I did) and click on ‘enter meter reading’. No such option.

Do you have a smart meter, if so then this could be your issue?

Only with my old supplier and Bulb have asked me to provide a reading anyway.

Hi @orchardacorns and @Washu - As @Allanr said, it seems you both have smart meters so this facility won’t appear in your Bulb account, as we can read your meter remotely
