First meter reading

I’ve submitted my first meter reading and received a confirmation email. I’ve just now received a second email, reminding me I need to submit my first meter reading. Does this mean there’s a problem with the one I’ve submitted?

Are you able to access your Bulb account if so have a check of your Energy Usage page via your dashboard, any meter readings should be shown there?
