First meter readings on reactivated account

Hi,

I left bulb but have returned and I’ve been asked to enter my first readings but account shows as a closed account so no way to enter them.

The email link for enter readings just leads to dashboard with limited options such as usuals and bill and payments.

What can I do? Thanks
