I’ve recently switched to Bulb and I’ve just had an email asking me to submit my first meter readings, but I can’t find the link on my dashboard of where to do this. Can anyone tell me how to submit my meter readings?
If you don’t have a very obvious “Submit readings” button in a big green box on your dashboard, then there’s a configuration error on your account and you’ll have to contact Bulb directly and report the problem. This does seem to have happened a lot lately going by questions on this community.
