Hello, we’ve recently joined Bulb and have had our monthly payment come out already, even though we’ve not been with you for a month yet or given you a meter reading. So we basically had our final bill amount from our previous company and from yourselves taken out on the same day. Can you let me know why that is please, thanks
Bulb are a little bit different from other providers in that they take the payment in advance to “credit” your account instead of you “paying off the debt”. I believe this helps them (as a small provider) buy the energy up front and also control bad-debit.
