Hi, my first payment is due on the day we switch over, August 21st. This would mean I have paid my old supplier and Bulb in the same month. Is there any way I can change this to bring my payments in line on the 1st of each month so I’m not paying double this month?

Welcome. Once you have switched you can head into your Bulb Account and under “account and tariff info” you can change your Direct Debit date.

Yes already changed. You can use the Bulb Account feature if you want to change it again in the future.
