We have just switched from British Gas and first payment came out yesterday. If we pay in advance, why does it say ‘balance £0’ You’re using more than you’re spending?

it took 2 or 3 days after my first payment for it to update from pending payment to available balance

Hi, @TraceyW25 That’s because there is a bit of a delay from the money leaving your account to reaching ours as @leewilson I agree with you thought that message isn’t helpful in this situation I will pass your feedback on.
