First payment

My first payment was due out today the 24th unfortunately there wasn’t enough money in my account due to personal circumstances. What will happen with my switch will it be cancelled?
Also I currently have a smart meter for my old supplier, what will happen to that? As I’m not currently seeing any changes to it?
