Within the Payments and Statements section of your online account, if you click Settings you can change the date of your monthly payment. I’m not sure whether you can do this before your switch completes though. You could try. Otherwise speak to Bulb.
Edited to add - if you signed up today then you’d switch on 12th September when your first payment would be taken. You’ve said 18th for first payment, so either your switch has been delayed or it’s your second payment. If the latter, you can change the date by the method above.
