OK, Ive tried putting gas and electricity readings in for my first reading prior to switch over, however only the gas one is showing despite putting the electricity reading in twice. I can’t do anything through the app as it just says I have x amount of days to go. I am not totally convinced that I’ve made the right decision switching to be honest if this is the first experience I’ve had.
