Is anyone else having problems submitting a FIT meter reading? I keep trying but all I get is a message that Bulb have their wires crossed and can’t submit it. I have tried contacting Bulb but they don’t respond. I’m just wondering if this is just me or is it a wider problem they’re having.
Sorry to hear you’re having problems. I submitted mine on December 17th without any difficulties.
You have until December 31st so hope you’re able to find a resolution.
