Someone from Bulb linked another address to my account without my knowledge or permission. I have no idea how long this has been happening for or how this happened. I only found out on the off chance as they have majorly screwed up during me attempting to close the account as I am moving out of my property and I was on chat to them for another issue. Has this happened to anyone else? I can’t get it removed and I am being charged for their energy. Bulb are not helping with this issue or responding to my emails or following up as they said they would. Any advice would be appreciated.
