Fraudulent "Sorry you are leaving" message

I have had an email that looks like it is from Bulb saying “sorry you are leaving”. I haven’t asked to leave Bulb, so worried that my account has been hacked or someone has pretended to be me. Any ideas how this could have happened and how I can stop it ?

Hi @TwoGee, this can sometimes happen when a neighbour accidentally signups up for the wrong property - could you please give us a call on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and we will object to the switch?
