Friend of mine has lost her e mail and password

My friend is an elderly lady who signed up with Bulb two or more years ago but she has since forgot her e mail and password but she desperately wants to give her meter readings and has no idea what to do.I said I would put it on here for her but failing any response she is going to change her supplier.

I would have thought the best thing to do would be to phone up Bulb using the contact details here. Bulb will be able to change the email address associated with the account to whatever address she would be giving a new supplier.
