Hi, I have signed up to yourselves via U switch . This was because I wanted to set up a direct debit rather than pay on debit card as I receive rewards for direct debits on my bank account. Does this mean I have missed out on a friends referral ?

I’m afraid we can’t apply your friend’s referral as we pay so much commission to Uswitch and other price comparison sites.
On the bright side you now have your own referral code to use for your friends and get £50 credit each time. If they have a similar situation with direct debits then they need to give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and we can set them up and still make sure you get your referral credit.
