If you think it’s outside that time period or just want full clarification on your account specific enquiry, it’ll be best to contact Bulb staff directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0300 30 30 635 (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- for opening hours/live chat facility etc) as we fellow customers don’t have access to that sort of information.
