When will you be taking over my Gas account?

I’m just a Bulb customer like yourself, but it does take 21 days for the switch to complete (see the article may also help provide a timeline).

If you think it’s outside that time period or just want full clarification on your account specific enquiry, it’ll be best to contact Bulb staff directly at or 0300 30 30 635 (see for opening hours/live chat facility etc) as we fellow customers don’t have access to that sort of information.
